Before the presentation, my stress level was about 60% lower than usual, and that alone was already a huge result for me. Normally, both my hands and legs would be shaking! Right before the presentation, I did all the practices we had worked on — breathing, grounding, and getting myself into the right state — and it really helped me pull myself together and go through the presentation much more calmly. Our work on the structure of the presentation, the transitions between sections, and engaging the audience through questions also helped me a lot — because of that, I felt much more confident. There are still a few things I want to keep refining, but I can feel very strong progress in just a couple of months. I received lots of compliments after the presentation, and now I want to practice even more. After the presentation, I had that exact feeling: yes, I did it. I’m a badass!

Working with Julia made a real difference for me. I feel much calmer, more grounded, and much more confident in how I communicate, present, and handle pressure. What was especially valuable is that we didn’t just work on communication on the surface: through her method, I realised how deeply this was connected to my inner foundation and the way I respond under pressure. Julia also gave me plenty of practical tools: from emotional regulation to non-verbal communication and culture mapping - that I actually use on a daily basis. This work helped me become calmer, more outspoken, and more confident!

Mentoring by Julia helped me become more intentional in how I show up, without changing who I am as a leader. The small adjustments we worked on had a much bigger impact than I expected — not only in how I came across, but also in how grounded and confident I felt internally. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to strengthen their executive presence in an authentic way.

Julia helped me build a system for both career realization and life resilience. I moved from reactive networking to strategic engagement and already see real opportunities opening up. My professional story is now much more precise, and I noticed an immediate external response - I am perceived as a significantly stronger and more authoritative professional. I have become calmer and more composed, and I have begun to internally permit myself to operate on a larger scale.

"Julia was an incredible coach during her time as speaker for our EMEA wide wellbeing programme. Her talks were not only extremely engaging but her empathy and encouragement created a warm and supportive environment during each session. Her attendees were put at ease with her kind and calm demeanor, and it was wonderful to see the attendees opening up about their own experiences."

I worked with Julia to enhance my public speaking skills. During our sessions, we focused on various drills and techniques to help me find my unique voice and make a significant impact on the audience. Continuous reflection, Julia's feedback and tips facilitated rapid improvement. The homework assignments after each session were instrumental in maintaining progress and accountability between sessions.

Julia recently led an inspirational and highly effective training session on Executive Presence and Communication for our Women ERG. She is an incredibly experienced coach in this field, and the entire group was inspired and energized by her session and insights. A heartfelt thank you to Julia Krylova for orchestrating an insightful masterclass "Empowering Life Lessons & Leadership Tools from Hollywood Celebrities.", as a part of the Women in AI Netherlands Mentorship Program Closing Event. I was truly inspired by the interactive session, filled with compelling storytelling and practical tools. The impactful lesson on the power of self-discipline, beautifully connected to the story about Ennio Morricone, resonated deeply with me and the entire audience. I look forward to applying these valuable insights!

I had the pleasure of working with Julia as she delivered two excellent workshops in our recent “Assertiveness and Confident Presence” series for the Oracle Women's Leadership community. She was well-prepared, brought great content that was exactly adapted to our needs, and really listened to our feedback. She kept the audience engaged and the energy high. Great delivery, great presence, and a clear focus on making the sessions truly valuable and relevant for the audience.
